1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern:

Membership with the Malaysia Naturopathic Association (MNA)

Participation in MNA programs, events, and activities

Use of MNA’s website and services
By applying for membership, participating in activities, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. About the Organization
Malaysia Naturopathic Association (MNA) is a national-level organization established to:

Promote naturopathic medicine
-
Protect the welfare of naturopathic practitioners in Malaysia
-
Organize health, educational, and charitable activities
-
Support underprivileged communities
The Organization is registered under the Registrar of Societies Malaysia (ROS).
3. Membership Terms
3.1 Eligibility
Ordinary membership is open to:

Malaysian citizens
-
Aged 18 years and above
Associate and Honorary membership may be granted subject to Committee approval.
3.2 Application
-
Membership applications must be proposed and supported by an existing member.
-
Approval is at the discretion of the Committee.
-
The Committee reserves the right to reject applications without providing reasons.
3.3 Fees
Members agree to pay:
-
Entrance Fee: RM 50
-
Annual Fee: RM 70
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of membership in accordance with the Constitution.
3.4 Termination
Membership may be terminated:
-
By written resignation
-
Due to non-payment of fees
-
For misconduct or actions that damage the reputation of the Organization
The affected member will be given an opportunity to respond before dismissal.
4. Code of Conduct
All members and participants agree to:

Uphold the objectives and reputation of MNA
-
Comply with the Constitution and decisions of the General Meeting and Committee
-
Conduct themselves professionally during events and programs
-
Not engage in unlawful activities under the Organization’s name
-
Not misrepresent the Organization or its authority
Violation may result in suspension, termination, or legal action where applicable.
5. Events & Programs
5.1 Registration
Participation in programs, seminars, charity events, or health activities may require prior registration and payment (if applicable).
5.2 Changes & Cancellation
MNA reserves the right to:

Postpone, cancel, or modify any event
-
Change speakers, schedules, or venues
Where fees are paid, refund policies (if applicable) will be stated in event materials.
5.3 Personal Responsibility
Participants attend events voluntarily and are responsible for their own health and safety unless otherwise required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content including:

Logos
-
Emblems
-
Educational materials
-
Publications
-
Website content
are the property of MNA unless otherwise stated.
No material may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
7. Medical Disclaimer
MNA promotes naturopathic education and awareness.

Educational programs
is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.
Participants should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice.
MNA shall not be liable for any reliance placed on educational content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

MNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

MNA shall not be responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage occurring during participation in activities unless caused by gross negligence
9. Privacy
All personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).
10. Financial Governance
All financial matters are managed in accordance with the Constitution, including:

Banking procedures

Authorization of expenses

Annual audit requirements
Members acknowledge that all funds are used solely for the Organization’s objectives.
11. Amendments
These Terms may be amended from time to time in accordance with decisions made by the Committee or General Meeting where required.
Continued participation after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
